چکیده
Background Exhaustion of CD8 + tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs), characterized by the overexpression immune checkpoints (IC), is a major impediment to anti-tumor immunity. However, exhaustion status TILs in angioimmunoblastic T cell lymphoma (AITL) remains unclear. Therefore, we aimed elucidate AITL and its influence on prognosis. Methods The correlation between IC expression was analyzed using single-cell RNA sequencing (n = 2), flow cytometry 20), 20). Biological changes related at different cytotoxic lymphocyte (CTL) levels (mean CD8A, CD8B, GZMA, GZMB, PRF1) were evaluated 20) further validated GEO dataset 51). impact protein CTL patient prognosis sequencing, respectively. Results Our findings demonstrated that higher infiltration TILs, proportion exhausted multiple IC. This accompanied extensive exhaustion-related biological changes, which suggested severe may be one main reasons for poor patients with high CTL. Conclusion study comprehensively reveals their potential negative prognosis, facilitates mechanistic studies valuable guiding immunotherapy strategies.

Angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma
The lymphoma cell is a peripheral T lymphocyte in various stages of differentiation. The neoplastic clone expresses T-cell antigens and is usually CD4+. The malignant T-cells are believed to secrete cytokines responsible for the polyclonal B-cell hyperplasia observed in involved nodes. Clonality studies demonstrated a monoclonal rearrangement of the bchain of the T-cell receptor (TCR) in the ma...

Angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL) is a frequent subtype of peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) that is clinically characterized by generalized lymphadenopathy, extranodal involvement, advanced stage at presentation, hypergammaglobulinemia, and significant immune dysregulation resulting in infections as the most common cause of death. Recent advances in pathobiology of AITL have improved o...

Angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL) represents an uncommon variant of T-cell lymphomas and most often presents insidiously with systemic symptoms. This report constitutes the first documented case of conjunctival AITL, masquerading as nodular episcleritis, and describes both the clinical and pathological findings. Furthermore, conjunctival T-cell lymphoma in general remains a rare occurre...

BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES Angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AILT) is a peripheral T-cell tumor of unknown etiology with variable biological and clinical presentations. Previous clonality studies have shown heterogeneous clonal restrictions of B- and T-cell populations in this tumor. AILT is characterized by the presence of increased numbers of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infected cells. The aim ...

Angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL) accounts for 15-20% of all peripheral T-cell lymphomas. It is a rare subtype of CD4 T-cell peripheral lymphoma that affects aged individuals, causing B symptoms, generalized lymphadenopathy and hepatosplenomegaly. Its pathogenesis is still unclear, but in some cases it has been associated with infection, allergic reaction or drug exposure. The majority ...
